By registering on the khood.capital platform and/or ticking the relevant consent box, I freely, of my own will and in my own interest, consent to KHOOD FINTECH – FZCO, Registration No. 82158, IFZA Business Park, DDP, PO Box 342001, Dubai, UAE (the "Company"), acting as the data controller, processing my personal data on the following terms.
1. Data covered by this consent
- registration data: first and last name, email, phone, country, date of birth;
- verification (KYC) data: identity document, proof of address and, where required, confirmation of source of funds;
- payment data: transaction details, payout details;
- trading and technical data: trading activity, account statistics, IP address, device data, cookies, login logs.
2. Purposes of processing
Registration and identification; provision of the platform's services (challenges, funded accounts, payouts); compliance with KYC/AML and other legal requirements; security and fraud prevention; support and communications; improvement of the platform.
3. Processing operations
Collection, recording, organisation, storage, use, transfer (to the extent set out in Section 4), restriction, erasure.
4. Transfers
The Company may share my data, to the extent necessary for the purposes above, with its KYC verification provider, payment providers, the trading platform provider, hosting and email service providers, and with competent authorities where required by law. Data may be processed outside my country of residence, including in the UAE and the EU, subject to the safeguards described in the Privacy Policy.
5. Term and withdrawal
This consent remains valid until withdrawn. I may withdraw it at any time by writing to support@khood.capital. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal and does not terminate processing the Company is required to continue by law (including KYC/AML retention periods).

My rights and the detailed processing terms are set out in the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this consent.
