KHOOD FINTECH FZCO (“Company”, “we”) is the controller of the personal data of users of the khood.capital platform. For privacy matters: support@khood.capital.
2. What Data We Collect
Registration data: first/last name, email, phone, country, date of birth.
Verification data (KYC): identity document, proof of address, and, where necessary, source of funds.
Payment data: transaction details, payout details (crypto wallets, bank and other details). We do not store full card details — these are processed by the payment provider.
Trading and technical data: trading activity, account statistics, IP address, device data, cookies, login logs.
3. Purposes and Legal Bases
We process data to: register and identify users, provide the services (challenges, funded accounts, payouts), meet KYC/AML and legal requirements, ensure security and prevent fraud, provide support and communications, and improve the platform. Legal bases: performance of a contract, consent, legitimate interests, and legal obligations.
4. Disclosure to Third Parties
We share data only to the extent necessary: with our KYC provider (Sumsub), payment providers, the trading platform provider, hosting and email services (Brevo), and the competent authorities where required. We do not sell personal data.
5. International Transfers
Data may be processed outside your country (including in the UAE and the EU). We apply reasonable safeguards to such transfers in accordance with applicable law, including GDPR principles.
6. Retention
We retain data for as long as necessary to provide the services and to comply with legal requirements (including AML — generally no less than the statutory period after account closure).

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, or portability of your data, and withdraw consent. Some data must be retained by law (KYC/AML). Requests: support@khood.capital.

We apply technical and organizational measures (HTTPS/SSL transport encryption, access control). Absolute security on the internet cannot be guaranteed.
